Very Nice Apartment. Particularly kitchen facilities and other utilities. Positive: Very neet and clean. Negative: It’s bit congested for 3 adults. And there is no exhaust or ventilation or kitchen chimney. Getting the fire alarm even for small cooking. Washing machine in the utilities room is not much effective. Advise the property owner to install personal machine inside the property.
